Our discovery calls are a great opportunity for us to get to know one another and share what you’re looking for in your floral design. During this call, we’ll discuss the various floral elements that will suit your venue, theme, and color palette. And don’t be bashful, share any images you’ve collected, Pinterest or mood boards, and the like. Not to worry if you haven’t made decisions yet or if you’re not quite sure what you want. We can have that discussion as well! We’re here to be part of your team!
After we chat together, within 3-5 days, you can expect to receive your proposal via email.
We are more than happy to provide preliminary proposals before your initial discovery call if that is what you’re more comfortable with. Please click here to request a preliminary proposal.
A signed contract and retainer will secure your date. This retainer just holds your date. When we are approaching 6 weeks before your wedding/event date, we will meet (in person or on Zoom), and that is when we will have all the details discussed and make sure everything is accounted for and that logistics for the event are discussed. During this meeting, if we have flowers on site, we will provide you with specific examples to review. We can also provide you with a “mock-up arrangement” for an additional fee, too!

Because each event will have hand-curated, personalized, and artistically designed florals, our floral design pricing is tailored to the specific design and florals selected. Your event is priced taking into account your flower selection, design elements, delivery & set-up. Our clients are always blown away by the way we can take their vision and guide them to making it a reality. We are always conscious of your stated budget and will work with you to get as close as we can.
Our first initial consult after the proposal is sent, is free of charge. We also offer one details meeting, generally closer to the event date once you have received your RSVPs. For our clients with large installations, we offer one additional design meeting. Any meetings or consultations outside of that will incur an additional cost for our time.
Absolutely! If you want to save the delivery and installation fee, you are welcome to pick up your centerpieces, bouquets, etc., from our Redwood City studio. We will give you advice on how to keep your flowers fresh and prime for the big day, but do encourage you to pick them up the night before or morning of.
One of the things we love about floral design is all the different styles out there. I wouldn’t say we are a “niche florist”. We are adaptable and can take your inspiration, throw in a Sassy Diva twist, and come up with your dream florals!
We work with clients of all budgets, whether its City Hall elopements or grand affairs. For most of our clients, their floral budgets range from $3000-$10,000+.
